I came across this book randomly perusing the local book store. As a fitness enthusiast and an incessantly curious person, it immediately caught my eye. When I jumped on Amazon, this is what it had to say along with its 4.5 star rating:

What? Sold. Upon further investigation, I also checked out his TEDx talk on the same topic. (see below)
